Our Promise to You
At Layamantra, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every saree we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your return approval.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized / personalized sarees (as they are made to your unique specifications)
Sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount code
Any item returned without its original tags or packaging
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank transfer)
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your saree for a different design, color, or variant, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.
If we made an error with your order (wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective saree, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged item and original packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If cancelled within this window, a full refund will be issued.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
